GUN SAFETY

 WE take gun safety seriously because WE grew up knowing firearms are not toys.

OUR Dad taught US gun safety was paramount if you owned a weapon.

WE served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America. Gun safety was reinforced there.

WE live in the countryside in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. Lots of people own guns.

These people appreciate their 2nd Amendment right to bear arms.

Many do not practice gun safety.

OUR elderly father heard the violent whisper of a bullet over his head while on an afternoon walk.

The neighbors to the east love to target practice.

Too bad their gun safety is lacking.

Dad could have been killed.

Firearms are not toys.
